We hope to recruit students who:

• Strong intrinsic motivation: Drive and ability to solve real problems over the long term, not only curiosity.
• Solid engineering skills: Capable of implementing systems and digging into algorithms and theory.
• Persistence: Able to stay focused on hard problems and invest over time.
• Team spirit: Willing to support and grow together with peers.
• Balance: At least one sustained physical activity outside research for health and well-being.

We value sustained ability to solve real problems more than short-term results.

How We Train Students

• Students are directly advised by me throughout their research.
• We encourage exchange with industry and academia—through internships, visits, and joint work.
• We support internships aligned with your research, so you can understand and validate ideas in real settings.
• We encourage participation in conferences and collaboration with leading researchers at home and abroad.
